These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Karmik Connect, an astrology guidance and consultation service operated by Quantum Epoch Private Limited("Quantum Epoch", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, using the app or website, joining a consultation, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Karmik Connect provides astrology guidance, spiritual content, birth-profile tools, horoscope and matching features, AI-assisted guidance, support assistant features, wallet services, and access to astrologers through chat, audio, video, live, and related consultation workflows.

Astrology, spiritual, AI-generated, and consultation content is provided for informational, cultural, spiritual, and personal reflection purposes only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, emergency, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including name, mobile number, email, birth details, payment details, and consultation inputs.
  • You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, OTPs, account session, and app PIN. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where required for safety, fraud prevention, policy violations, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

3. Consultations, Calls, Chat, and Recordings

  • Astrologer availability, response time, consultation channel, and pricing may vary.
  • Consultations may use chat, audio, video, LiveKit sessions, WebSocket messaging, and push notifications to support real-time communication.
  • Where recording, transcript, or summary features are available, you agree that consultation content may be recorded, stored, processed, summarized, or made available in your order history for service quality, user access, dispute handling, safety, or legal compliance.
  • You must not record, copy, publish, resell, harass, impersonate, threaten, or misuse astrologers, users, or support agents.

4. Wallet, Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

  • Wallet top-ups, consultation charges, debits, offers, and pricing are shown in the app and may vary by astrologer, channel, duration, currency, taxes, promotions, or operational rules.
  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay. Their terms, privacy practices, and payment rules may also apply.
  • Consultation billing may be based on elapsed time, accepted requests, session status, or other displayed rules. Wallet balance and order history should be checked in the app.
  • Refunds, reversals, failed payments, duplicate payments, or disputed charges are handled according to applicable law, payment-provider rules, and our operational review. Wallet credits are not transferable unless expressly allowed by us.

5. User Content and Reviews

You remain responsible for messages, questions, profile details, birth-profile information, support requests, feedback, reviews, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support Karmik Connect. Reviews may be moderated, hidden, deactivated, or removed if they are abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, unlawful, privacy-invasive, or otherwise violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, exploitative, hateful, obscene, or harmful activities.
  • Do not attempt to bypass billing, abuse refunds, manipulate ratings, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, interfere with calls, disrupt infrastructure, or access another account.
  • Do not rely on Karmik Connect for emergency, medical, mental-health crisis, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

Karmik Connect, Quantum Epoch branding, design, software, content, AI workflows, documentation, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Quantum Epoch Private Limited. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, astrologer availability, specific outcomes, accuracy of astrology or AI content, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Epoch Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to your use of Karmik Connect. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, courts with jurisdiction over Quantum Epoch Private Limited's registered operations will have jurisdiction over disputes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, features, pricing, law, or operational practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
