Delete your Hiring account
This page lets candidates request deletion without reinstalling the Hiring app. Verification is performed using an OTP sent to the mobile number registered with the candidate account. Self-service deletion is available only before a signed agreement has been submitted.
Signed an agreement?
Once you submit a physical or manually signed agreement, a DSC-signed agreement, complete Aadhaar eSign, or submit an agreement signed by both parties, self-service account deletion is no longer available—even if the company signature is still pending. Contact our privacy team for a verified rights request. If an Aadhaar eSign attempt is still active, refresh its status in the Hiring app first.
Data covered by the request
- Candidate account, profile and application details.
- Uploaded candidate documents and profile media for an eligible request.
- Interview and application data handled by the deletion workflow.
- Legally held or mandatory-retention records are isolated and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
- Signed agreement versions and signing evidence follow the retention described in our Privacy Policy.
